Yes! If you’re not satisfied with Sprend, we offer a full or partial refund, whether you paid by invoice or card.
Is a Sprend account or subscription necessary?
No account is required for sending or receiving files using our basic tier. However, subscribing to a Pro plan unlocks essential B2B features, including comprehensive file tracking, longer retention periods, and enhanced security options.
Which payment methods are accepted for subscriptions?
Our payment options are cards, PDF invoices (with VAT as applicable), and e-Invoices (SFTISvefaktura, Peppol).
